A Canadian mobile ear clinic franchise wanted to expand quickly but struggled with flat, corporate branding that didn’t connect locally.

We shifted focus from the product to the pain point — the stress of clinic visits. Our concept, “Stay in your zone. We’ll fix your hearing at home,” flipped that stress into comfort, showing Boomers enjoying life while getting care at home.
